Hydrated Skin. Deeper Sleep. One Daily Ritual!

I used to feel dry, foggy, and drained—until I tried Pique’s Deep Hydration Protocol. This day-to-night electrolyte duo hydrates skin, calms the nervous system, and supports deep sleep. No sugar, no fillers—just results. I feel clear, radiant, and truly hydrated.

NOURISHED, defined

The definition of nourish reads:

nurture, to promote the growth of, to furnish or sustain with nutriment, maintain, support

To be nourished would then mean to have the necessities for life, health, growth.

It extends far beyond food.

It really describes a state of being, feeling well, and having the resources to develop and thrive in all areas.

So let’s dive in.

7 Areas of Nourishment

There are roughly 7 areas of nourishment - and we do, in fact, need to provide all areas attention and intention. Maybe not all at the same time, but checking-in from time to time will help you see where you ought to pay more attention and intention.

You’ve probably seen this concept taught before in various forms: the sphere of influence or the circle/wheel of life. Sometimes there are more than 7 categories in these templates, and there are definitely more than 7 things in life to focus on, but for nourishment purposes, there are 7 buckets* so to speak (in no particular order).

*here’s the thing, though. you can name and create as many or as little buckets as you’d like. it’s fully customizable, but your buckets should span each of these in some way.

  1. Physical Body / Movement

  2. Mind / Emotional

  3. Spirit / Spirituality / Faith

  4. Career / Purpose / Meaning

  5. Relationships

  6. Social / Joy / Fun

  7. Environment

It’s not possible to have complete balance. That’s not the goal. Instead, it’s to bring awareness to all areas so that we can feel fully nourished.

That’s what this newsletter aims to help you with, too.

At first, it is difficult to even think about opening up the can of worms that each of these buckets may contain. Especially if you’re in a busy season of life. But, I have a secret for you.

When you simply practice intention and presence in your day-to-day, you will naturally nourish all 7 categories.

Intention, Attention, and Presence

The Nourished Approach To Perimenopause

I created a course for Perimenopause + beyond and called it Nourished from Within for a reason.

Because unless we pay attention to all 7 areas, we won’t ever feel fully nourished. Unless we take a holistic approach to our wellness, ailments may continue to arise. Unless we consider the state of being and resources to - not just sustain life - but thrive, we really won’t feel like our best selves.

So - you can focus all of your attention and energy on getting enough protein, but if you’re ignoring your joy, you likely won’t feel fulfilled or nourished.
